Actress Ini Edo has expressed her excitement over Shanty Town reaching a milestone as one of the top 10 series of 2023.
A list released by Google on Monday, shows Shanty Town, Far From Home and Wura made the top 10 series of 2023 but Shanty Town ranks number one.
Celebrating the feat in an Instagram post, Ini Edo shared a publication of the good news.
“Woooash! Look what found.. Shantytown tribe,” she captioned the post.
Fellow celebrities like Rita Dominic, Swanky Jerry, Toke Makinwa and Nancy Isime congratulated her in the comment section of the post.

Nancy Isime speaks about nude scene in Shanty Town
Shanty Town made headlines over a controversial nude scene involving Nancy Isime.
The 31-year-old played the role of Shalewa a prostitute indebted to a notorious kingpin in the story of three Lagos-based hustlers who unite to wage war against the biggest and most ruthless crime ring in the state.
In one of the scenes, Nancy’s character is made to strip naked leaving her buttocks and breasts on display.
Clips of that scene were shared by Nigerians across the globe, leading to Nancy becoming the number one trending topic on Twitter.
Nancy’s character was not the only one that took off her clothes in the thriller.
In fact, nudity began trending on the Nigerian Twitter space after Shanty Town was released.
