Actress Ini Edo has joked about leaving UAR to charge her phone.
The actress said this in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
“Escaping from UAR wahala to charge my phone, no time for filter,” she wrote.
In June 2021, it was rumoured that there has been a proposal for the change of the country’s name from Nigeria to the United African Republic.
An aide to the president however debunked it saying that the Nigerian leader is not responsible for the proposed change of the country’s name to the United African Republic.
Nigerians also joked about the proposed change, suggesting ways to brand their soon-to-be country’s name, United African Republic, abbreviated UAR.
