Actor and social media influencer Adebayo Abidemi, known as Isbae U, has found a Davido look-alike and brought him to apologise to actress Kate Henshaw on his podcast Curiosity Made Me Ask.
Isbae U, also a skit maker, shared a clip from the show on his Instagram page on Saturday.
The episode, featuring Kate as a guest, was filled with humorous exchanges.
Isbae U’s playful and provocative questions kept the atmosphere light and entertaining.
At one point, he asked Kate, “Do you train so much just to stay healthy or you don’t want producers to stop giving you kissing scenes?”
Kate, taken aback, responded, “Kissing roles? If you knew what exercise was about it would indeed help your life,” making a playful jab at his physique.
“Your cheeks, your chest, your tummy. It would help you greatly,” she added.
In another segment, Isbae U inquired, “Are you happy that Nollywood movies are improving?” to which Henshaw retorted, “Are you unhappy?”
The banter continued with Isbae U throwing shade, referencing an old Nollywood movie and questioning Kate’s potential popularity.
The highlight of the show came when Isbae U referenced an interview Kate had in 2023 with Chude Jideonwo.
During that interview, she mentioned she wasn’t a fan of Davido and recounted a time when he didn’t greet her.
Isbae U questioned her about this, asking, “Why did you go to an interview to report Davido that he didn’t greet you?”
To Kate’s surprise, Isbae U then revealed he had a special guest for her.
When she responded that she couldn’t be bothered, Isbae U called in a man who closely resembled Davido.
The actress was visibly shocked and cussed as the fake Davido prostrated, humorously declaring that he had finally greeted her.
