Senior pastor of Trinity House, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, on Saturday issued a stern but humorous warning to Tanzanian singer Juma Jux during his white wedding to Priscilla Ojo, daughter of actress Iyabo Ojo.

Ighodalo, who officiated the ceremony, told the groom to take good care of his bride.

“Look after my daughter. Mosquito must not bite her. She must be well fed and well looked after, otherwise you will see me in your dreams,” he said, drawing laughter from guests.

The lavish white wedding took place two days after the couple had their traditional wedding in Lagos.

It also comes after their Islamic wedding (nikkah) held in February in Tanzania. That ceremony was attended by family, friends and Tanzanian celebrities including Diamond Platnumz and Zuchu.

On Saturday, Priscilla stunned in a custom-made gown while her groom rocked a crisp white tuxedo. The event was attended by guests from both Nigeria and Tanzania.

Among those spotted at the wedding were Rita Dominic, Ini Edo, Osas Ighodaro, Mercy Aigbe, Paulo Okoye, Chioma “Good Hair”, Lilian Afegbai and Iyabo Ojo.

Priscilla and Juma Jux got engaged in September 2024 after months of speculation.

Their relationship has continued to spark conversations online, with many admiring their cross-cultural love story.

Iyabo Ojo has revealed that a grand finale party will take place in Tanzania in May.
