Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has sent a birthday congratulatory message to comedienne Damilola Adekoya, better known as Princess, as the latter became a year older on Saturday.
The 43-year-old posted the message on Instagram.
“In this short period that I got the privilege to know you better, I dare to say you are a fantastic woman. Fate must have brought us together as we certainly both have something in common- Love for children.
“I know this may be a tough time for you but sister, hang in there.. just a little longer. There’s surely light at the end of this ‘long’ tunnel.
“I love you my sister, my new friend,” Iyabo wrote.
A graduate of the University of Lagos, Princess has not made her official age public but it is believed she is her 40s.
She is currently fighting a child molestation battle with actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka, alias Baba Ijesha, who was caught on CCTV sexually assaulting her 14-year-old foster daughter.
Iyabo Ojo has been her most vocal supporter in the matter that has generated nationwide interest and caused division among Yoruba actors.
