Actress Iyabo Ojo wowed fans and colleagues with her grand entrance as the famous Hausa warrior queen, Amina of Zaria, to Femi Adebayo’s movie premiere King of Thieves.
The stylish Yoruba actress posted photos and a video of her riding a horse and she made her grand entry to the event.
The actress described her outfit as ‘dangerous and epic’.
Describing Queen Amina in an Instagram post on Sunday, Iyabo wrote, “Aminatu was a Hausa Muslim historical figure in the city-state Zazzau, in what is now in the north-west region of Nigeria. She might have ruled in the mid-sixteenth century.”
Other celebrities like Toyin Abraham, Juliana Olayode, Stan Nze, Denrele Edun, Ronke Oshodi-Oke, Joke Silva, Wumi Toriola, Lateef Adedimeji, Mercy Aigbe and Kazim Adeoti also stormed the event.
