Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has released a WhatsApp chat with her colleague Yomi Fabiyi to debunk the latter’s claim of cyberbully against her.
The 43-year-old released the chat on Thursday as the clash between the two over the arrest of actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka, alias Baba Ijesha, for allegedly molesting a teenager worsens.
“Yomi Fabiyi, I ain’t playing with you, you can’t make peace with me on WhatsApp then I wake up the next day to find out you still clouting with the innocent girl’s case, trying so hard to change the narratives to favourite (sic) Baba Ijesha.
“I ain’t backing down no matter how hard you try to twist & turn the story, the earlier you get that into your thick skull the better for you,” Iyabo captioned the post.
Yomi had earlier released parts of the conversation between him and Iyabo where the actress appeared to admit to exposing him to cyber-bullying.
Yomi led a protest on Wednesday demanding for the release of actor Baba Ijesha who is accused of sexually assaulting a minor. He and Iyabo have been on opposite sides as regards the case.
He alleged in a recent Instagram post that Iyabo and comedian Princess in whose care the minor is were planning to kill Baba Ijesha if granted bail.
