Actress Iyabo Ojo has replied one Wale Akerele who condemned her endorsement of Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate Peter Obi.
The 45-year-old replied the man in an Instagram post on Thursday with a picture of his offensive tweet attached.
“Who is this one, animal, place, or thing?
“Akowere, trust me, you’re a product of Alasewo bcos your mother, wife & sidehens are all bonafide members,” she wrote.
The tweep had days ago condemned Iyabo’s announcement of Obi as her preferred presidential candidate instead of (Asiwaju) Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives (APC).
He wrote: “Madam gboko gboko.
“Asiwaju doesn’t need your support Asiwaju doesn’t needs Alasewo support he needs decent women with class, intelligent woman keep your support OLOSHO.”
Iyabo Ojo announced her choice of Obi on Instagram.
She wrote, “I Alice Iyabo Ojo strongly believe in Peter Obi & I stand Obedient in my choice whether he wins or not because my vision & dreams for my country aligns with the Obedient agenda..”
The mother of two added that although she didn’t belong to any party she stood for Peter Obi.
“I do not belong to any political party, I also choose not to campaign for any political party, but I stand obedient for presidency… so help us God,” she wrote.
In another post, the actress explained that voting in the election is not about ethnicity and religion for her but rather, about ending the pain and struggle of the common man.
“This vote is not about ethnicity & religion for me.
“It’s about ending the struggle & pain of the common man.
“It’s about not letting the death of all those who lost their lives during the endsars protest go in vain,” she added.
