Iyabo Ojo’s lover Paulo Okoye has threatened to end friendship with singer Davido, businessman Cubana Chief Priest, blogger Tunde Ednut, musician Seun Kuti, DJ Obi, and dancer Poco Lee over social media influencer VeryDarkMan (VDM).
This came after VeryDarkMan alleged that Iyabo Ojo was not invited to the main hall where Davido’s wedding to Chioma took place on Tuesday, but the after-party.
He also described her as “aunty ode” an insulting phrase in Yoruba language.
VeryDarkMan only recently got released from police custody for allegedly cyber-bullying Iyabo and others. The case is still ongoing in court.
In an Instagram Story post on Wednesday, Paulo Okoye took a bold stance, asking Davido and others mentioned to choose between him or VDM.
“This nonsense will stop Today @mazitundeednut @davido @cubana_chiefpriest @bigbirdkuti @djobiondeck @poco_lee.
“Either Me (friend) or him (vdm) You need to make a decision.”
Reacting to VDM’s claims, Iyabo shared on Instagram a photo of the wedding invitation card sent to her by Sharon Adeleke, a relative of Davido.
The actress referred to VeryDarkMan as “son of a black goat”.
Iyabo’s daughter Priscilla threw shade at the social media influencer, referencing the brief time he spent in prison.
Her Instagram post read: “If you know you didn’t sleep in prison this year, raise your hands in the comment section #chivido2024 Deleting soon….”
