Crossdresser James Chukwueze popularly known as James Brown has temporarily set aside his feminine identity, citing financial difficulties as the reason.
James Brown took to Instagram on Friday to solicit assistance, revealing that his current situation has forced him to pause his crossdressing lifestyle.
“Many people have been asking James, is it true you need help? I actually do. I need all the ads and promotions. In fact, I have turned to a boy right now,” he wrote.
James Brown also disclosed his aspiration to further his education, stating that he requires about 30 million naira for tuition, excluding living and food expenses.
He pleaded with his followers, saying, “I have reached out to some friends. If you want to support, nothing is too small.”
In a follow-up caption, he urged people not to mock his situation, adding, “Don’t come laugh at someone who’s trying to put everything together to go back to school.”
His announcement triggered mixed reactions online.
Some questioned his decision to study abroad, suggesting that he could opt for Nigerian universities instead.
