Singer Jaywon has called out the duty manager of Arik Air who he claimed denied him access to board over a voice recording the singer made.
The 34-year-old made the call out in an Instagram post on Saturday evening.
According to him, he was humiliated by the duty manager who made him miss his flight and still refused to give him a boarding pass after paying for another flight because he refused to delete a video recording of what transpired between them.
“So I was humiliated by one of the staff of Arik Airline (Duty Manager) this evening who after making me miss my flight and also pay for the next flight still refused to give me my boarding pass because I refused to delete a video I made of what transpired.
Jaywon further stated that the incident happened because he has a face mask on and he was traveling alone adding that, the airline refused to refund him that day.
“All these happened because I was wearing face mask and I was travelling alone. Well, he succeeded in making me buy another ticket from another airline buy I can’t stop thinking about it. I even asked them for refund them say no until tomorow. You refused to let me fly and still refused to give me a refund, If na you, wetin you go do?” he concluded.
