Nollywood actress, Jemima Osunde, has jokingly declared her birthday a ‘public holiday.’
The Shuga actress made the joke on Thursday when she shared a picture to celebrate her birthday on Instagram.
”Please tell google to update my age! It’s my birthday. I hereby declare today a public holiday. Everyone should stay at home.”
Following the reports of a coronavirus infection at the 2020 edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA), which she attended, the physiotherapist hinted that she may not attend another social function for the foreseeable future.
She shared a picture of herself taken at the event on March 19 and captioned it, “Throwback to my last social gathering until further notice. Social distancing is the way forward now!… Wash your hands! Do the right things this period to protect yourself and your loved ones…”
