Jibola Dabo, Ayo Mogaji’s son graduates from Lead City University

Actor Jibola Dabo has recollected how an on-screen kiss with a fellow actor on a movie set affected his political ambition.

Veteran actors Jibola Dabo and Ayo Mogaji are celebrating the academic milestone of their son, Fareed, who graduated from Lead City University, Ibadan.

Ayo shared the news on Instagram on Wednesday, posting photos of Fareed in his graduation gown surrounded by family and friends, including his father Jibola.

Expressing gratitude, the actress wrote, “Alihamdulillahi Alihamdulillahi Alihamdulillahi. I glorify God’s name for witnessing my only son @fareed_mogaji’s graduation at Lead City University, Ibadan. Convocation 2024.

“I thank the people who have been my support systems so far… @kolayems4u @waleilebiyi @olakunleakinyele @iyaibeji04 @jibola_dabo @seunawodele, Taiwo Adamolekun, Alhaji Mutiu Adepoju (headmaster), Ms. Ayo Adisa, Madam Bisi Mohammed @epitome_schools @performingartslcu_, Kola Thomas Junior, the entire members of House5 Social Club, and last but not least @jamalmogaji.

“Nkan ayo koni tan ni ile gbogbo wa o. Ese mo dupe (May joy never cease in all our homes. Thank you all).”

While many fans have assumed the actors were once married, Ayo clarified in a 2015 interview that she and Jibola were never husband and wife.

“Jibola was only my boyfriend, though we had a baby together before I got married. We never got married to each other,” she said.

The actress is now married to British psychotherapist Dr. Victor Ayodele Oduleye.
