Actors Jide Kosoko, Adebayo Salami and Patience Ozokwo have been awarded honourary doctorates in theatre arts and media production by Achievers Networks UK Academy.
The conferment ceremony took place on Saturday at the Aderinokun Lecture Theatre, University of Lagos, Akoka, with several notable actors and dignitaries in attendance.
Among the guests were Laide Bakare, Yinka Quadri, Yemi Solade, Femi Adebayo, Shola Kosoko, and Bidemi Kosoko.
The honourary doctorate is a prestigious recognition awarded to individuals who have made remarkable contributions in their fields.
Jide, Adebayo and Patience were celebrated for their impact on the Nigerian entertainment industry.
Other honorees at the event included Kehinde Oluwafunmilayo, Olukilede Joseph, Ogundepo Abdullahi, Jackie Kassim, and Mohammed Lawal.
