Super Eagles star, John Ogu, has told fans that he would announce his new club as soon as he receives a good offer after his contract with former side, Hapoel Be’er Sheva, expired.
The 30-year-old midfielder said this in a tweet on Wednesday.
“I’m aware that TeamOGU are all curious to know where I will be playing next . I just want to urge my fans to stay calm. I’m waiting for that right offer,team,project .I Love all TeamOGU. By the way,y’all rate my Look ❤️❤️❤️,” he wrote.
John Ogu had announced his intention to leave club side, Hapoel Be’er Sheva, after a five year spell with the Israeli side in April.
John Ogu joined Be’er Sheva in September 2014 and enjoyed a trophy-laden five stint with the club.
He was influential in the club winning three straight Israeli Premier League titles.
In 2016, he was named the best foreign player in the league after helping Hapoel Be’er Sheva to their first league title in 40 years.
