Former President Goodluck Jonathan on Thursday met President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Both leaders are meeting for the first time this year.
It was learnt that the former president was on a ‘thank you’ visit to Buhari, who called him on phone over an attack on his country home in Otuoke, Bayelsa State by unknown gunmen last December.
Mr Jonathan arrived shortly after a meeting of the National Security Council presided over by President Buhari.
The council meeting was attended by all heads of security agencies.
