Former coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Prof. Charles Dokubo has died.
Dokubo died at a hospital in Abuja on Wednesday night, The Nation reports.
President Muhammadu Buhari suspended him from office in February 2020 over allegations of misappropriation of funds.
Dokubo was a director at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA) before his appointment by President Buhari.
He was born in Abonnema, Akuku Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State on March 23, 1952.
