Nollywood celebrities Kate Henshaw and Ego Boyo have congratulated Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala for making Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People of 2021 list which was released on Wednesday.
Ego Boyo made an Instagram post on Wednesday night, congratulating Okonjo-Iweala.
“If you have a sense of purpose that drives you, then aim high and become a leader and make space as you go. Ngozi Okonjo -Iweala. A phenomenal woman and leader” she wrote, quoting the celebrant.
Kate Henshaw also shared a photo of the magazine on Instagram.
Okonjo-Iweala, who is the only Nigerian on the 2021 Time 100, is the first African and first woman to lead the WTO.
Others who made the list include the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Naomi Osaka, Britney Spears, Angelique Kidjo, Joe Biden, Donald Trump, Elon Musk and Kamala Harris.
