Actress Kehinde Bankole has won the best actress in a lead role category at the 2024 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA).
The event was held in Lagos on Saturday.
Kehinde won for her role in Adire, beating Funke Akindele who was nominated for her role in A Tribe Called Judah.
Other nominees are Segilola Ogidan (Over The Bridge) Lucie Debay (Omen)Omowunmi Dada (Asiri Ade).
Ireti Doyle (The Origin: Madam Koi Koi) Adaobi Dibor (Blood Vessel) Evelyne lly (Mami Wata).
