Kelechi Nwakali has joined FC Porto on loan from Arsenal for the 2018/19 season.
The 20-year-old was signed by the Gunners in 2016 but has not yet made an appearance for the club.
Nwakali has spent the last two seasons away in the Netherlands with MVV Maastricht and VVV-Venlo, scoring eight goals in 64 appearances.
The ex-Golden Eaglet skipper will now aim to continue his development in the Portuguese capital.
Porto confirmed his arrival via their official Twitter handle on Wednesday.

Kelechi has been capped just once by the Super Eagles.
He gained global prominence by captaining Nigeria’s U-17 side to World Cup glory in 2015.
Kelechi’s elder brother, Chidiebere, is on the payroll of Manchester City.
