Festus Keyamo, former minister of state for labour and productivity under ex-President Muhammadu Buhari, has reacted to his ministerial nomination by President Bola Tinubu.
In a letter addressed to the Senate on Friday, Tinubu picked Keyamo as one of the two new nominees added to the second batch of the ministerial nominees announced on Wednesday.
The lawyer tweeted the lyrics of a song ‘Miracle-working God’ to show excitement over the development.
He stated, “He’s a miracle-working God. He’s a miracle-working God. He’s the Alpha and Omega, He’s a miracle-working God!”

Many on social media had taunted Keyamo over his exclusion from the ministerial list. They also listed former governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi; and ex governor of Cross River State Ben Ayade as part of those who were not nominated.
Meanwhile, Tinubu replaced Maryam Shetty, a nominee in the 19-man list read on Wednesday, with Maigari Mahmud.
