Dancer Korra Obidi has accused her estranged husband Justin Dean of stealing 5000 dollars from her.
The accusation was made in an Facebook live video posted on Saturday.
According to Korra, she mistakenly sent the money to their joint account, forgetting that Justin still had access to it. When she reached out to him, Justin also accused Korra of stealing his gold.
The mother of two claimed Justin took the money and cleared the account.
“Justin went in the joint account, I had mistakenly sent 5000 dollars there for rent that was the only account I had when I came to America.
“I sent it to my PayPal and I didn’t know that the joint account was still linked to my PayPal. He emptied the account and has downright stolen from me, this is daylight robbery. We are separated and he has stolen from me and my girls,” she said.
“I messaged him and I said ‘can you please return the money you stole from me and my girls?’ And he tried to accuse me of stealing his gold or whatever I don’t know what he’s talking about but he just stole 5000 dollars from I and my girls.
“We have lawyer fees, we have rent to pay. At this point he wants us to be homeless. He is not giving any money for food for the girls. I am taking care of the girls by myself,” Korra said as she broke down in tears.
