Dancer Korra Obidi has expressed gratitude to her father for standing by her despite initially opposing her choice of an entertainment career.
In a video shared on Instagram on Friday, Korra, known for her bold dance moves and outfits, highlighted moments with her father and daughters.
“From not wanting an entertainer’s life for me to becoming my biggest support system, I say thank you so much to the man that made me,” she wrote.
“You showed your unconditional support in the midst of chaos. You continue to love me despite my inadequacies. You are the best. I love you so much, PAPA OBI.”
Earlier this month, Korra and fellow dancer Janemena sparked controversy online over their daring outfits during a club outing in Asaba, Delta State.
The duo, known for their fearless style, reunited for a “girls’ night out,” drawing mixed reactions from social media users.
