Immediate past Governor of Ogun State, Gbenga Daniel, has described juju music legend, King Sunny Ade, as one of the greatest musicians that Nigeria has known.
Daniel stated this in a congratulatory message to the king of world beats on the occasion of his 70th birthday anniversary.
Speaking through his media aide, Ayo Giwa, the former governor declared that “with a career spanning over five decades and unparalleled honours, awards and encomiums garnered both locally and internationally, KSA, as he is fondly called, remains one of the most influential musicians of all time.”
According to Giwa, as KSA “steps into the Septuagenarian Club, Daniel and his family join others to felicitate with him while wishing him many more years of positive contributions to the growth of the entertainment industry the world over.”
