Nollywood celebrities like Kunle Afolayan, Clarion Chukwura, Hilda Dokubo, Charles Inojie, Gloria Young-Anozie and Funsho Adeolu have attended the funeral reception of veteran actress Rachel Oniga.
The event was held on Friday at the Grandnuer Event Centre, Oregun, Lagos.
Hilda, Clarion and Gloria shared photos from the event on Instagram.
Hilda, Gloria and Charles Inojie also paid tribute to the late actress.
“For me, she was my first mum in the industry. I am going to miss her so much. I can’t call her my friend because she was more than that. It’s tough, but we are celebrating her because she touched life,” Hilda wrote.
“I am very happy to be here today to celebrate aunty Rachel, I have known her for so many years, just like Hilda said, she was like a mum to all of us,” Gloria wrote.
“In the very few decades she lived, she impacted humanity,” Charles wrote.
