Filmmaker Kunle Afolayan on Thursday shared photos of himself and the leading cast of his new movie Anikulapo.
The Swallow director posted the photos on Instagram to promote the movie set to premiere on Netflix on September 30.
In the photos the leading cast of the movie including Sola Sobowale, Bimbo Ademoye, Kunle Remi and Kunle Afolayan’s daughter Eyiyemi rocked matching outfits with smiles on their faces as they posed for the camera.
Some of the actors also shared the photos on their Instagram accounts.
Speaking about the movie, Kunle wrote: “ANIKULAPO AN APPRAISAL OF DEATH OR LOVE? Storytelling is the force that binds us together, fueling emotions and lending an ear to the lips that tell the untold tales and hidden stories. Finding your identity in an unknown culture is possible because we are all humans after all and though you can’t relate to the beliefs and ways of life of a said people, you can understand their pain, emotions, and feelings (if only told well)
