Nollywood actor and filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan, has sent his 8-year old son, Damisire to intern as an automobile mechanic during the holidays.
In a post to Instagram on Wednesday, the 43-year-old stated that he is keeping his son busy so he can be useful to himself when he comes of age.
“Keep them busy so they can be useful to themselves and the society at large. Darimisire doing holiday internship as an automobile mechanic,” he wrote.
Kunle is married to Tolu and they have three children.
He recently got himself a very unusual car – Thunderbird Ford 1965. The model is the fourth generation of the Ford Thunderbird which is a large personal luxury car produced by Ford.
Kunle Afolayan once worked at City Express Bank while doing some casual acting, before deciding to move into full-time filmmaking and taking a course at the New York Film Academy.
Since 2005 he has been active in the Nigerian film industry.
He has produced extremely popular titles including The Figurine, Phone Swap, October 1 and The CEO.
