Nollywood actor Kunle Remi has recounted how an unidentified entertainer allegedly attempted to have gay sex with him.
The 34-year-old made the allegation on OAP Nedu’s ‘The Honest Bunch’ podcast.
According to the Anikulapo actor, the unnamed person told him that he needed the rite of passage to make it in the industry.
Kunle added that he was introduced to the entertainer through a friend when he was at the University of Ibadan.
He said: “Before I got into the industry, a friend in UI then when I was in UI said there is one of his friends who is an entertainer, ‘he can guide you into the entertainment industry’.
“When I got there this nigga started calling out names and started talking. He said ‘why did you think you weren’t selected for the ultimate search? It’s because you haven’t paid your dues.’
“He painted this picture like if I didn’t bend my ass, I wouldn’t make it.”
As if that was not enough, Kunle said “This guy came downstairs with a candle and a jar of oil cause he said I am virgin. I needed to use the lubricant so it can be slippery. He said from there he will connect me and I will be driving a Benz.”
Reacting to the allegation, music producer Don Jazzy joked that the actor should disclose the name of the gay entertainer now that he is a star.
“Now wey you don blow boss. You for tell us the person o so that we can make sure he doesn’t molest innocent young upcoming people like that o,” Don Jazzy wrote.
Other social media users have also clamoured that the actor reveal the name of the person he alleged tried to sexually harass him.
