The Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA) in Lagos has called for help from the public in identifying a woman who recorded a video of herself smoking with a minor.
In the video which has gone viral on social media, the woman takes smoke in and puffs it into the mouth of the girl.
The DSVA, under the watch of its executive secretary Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, reacted in a tweet on Tuesday, saying: “Our attention has been drawn to this video recording below. Persons with information concerning the persons involved can send a DM or call 08000333333 to report.”
The agency’s post got several reactions, some of which said the woman and the girl, believed to be her child, look like foreigners.

@baddhiecuteness also wrote, “I don’t think this is in Nigeria though but a great move regardless.”
