The Ministry of Information & Culture and the Tony Elumelu Foundation will on Tuesday, October 4 sign a partnership agreement on Nigeria’s creative industries at the VIP Room of the National Theatre, Lagos.
Brokered by Minister of Information & Culture, Lai Mohammed, and Founder of Tony Elumelu Foundation and Chairman Heirs Holdings, Tony Elumelu, the agreement, Qed.ng learnt, is primarily for capacity building for arts practitioners.
Tuesday’s event is strictly by invitation.
