Actor and movie director, Lanre Adediwura, has accused the police of masterminding his remand at the Kirikiri prison after brutalising him.
In a series of posts to Instagram on Thursday, the Apasaye actor said he was intercepted by some policemen while picking an unnamed pregnant woman.
A female police personnel reportedly tore her own uniform to falsely accuse him of assaulting an officer of the law.
The filmmaker was subsequently taken to court from where he was taken to Kirikiri because he could not immediately meet his bail conditions.
