The last time Anita Okoye posted a photo of her husband Paul Okoye also known as Rude Boy on Instagram was on father’s day on June 20, 2021.
The last time Rude Boy also posted a photo of Anita was on mother’s day in May, he also posted a photo to celebrate their wedding anniversary but she did not respond to the post.
Qed.ng had reported that Anita petitioned a court in Abuja to dissolve their marriage of seven years. Their marriage was rumoured to be in crisis after Anita relocated abroad with their children in 2019.
She also did not post a photo of Rude Boy on his birthday in November 2021 unlike Lola Omotayo, wife of Peter Okoye, who posted their pictures to celebrate them. Anita has only posted photos of herself and her children since father’s day in June.
The news of their impending divorce comes as a shock to their close friends and fans who have reacted on social media, expressing their disappointment over the news, while some stated that they saw it coming.
The couple got married in 2014 after dating for 10 years. They have three children.
