Super Eagles midfielder, Oghenekaro Etebo, could join compatriots, Wilfred Ndidi and Ahmed Musa, at Leicester City according to reports.
A report in Leicester Mercury said the powerful attacking midfielder is on the wishlist of the reigning Premier League champions.
But the Foxes will definitely have to do a lot of work before they can bring the 21-year-old to the King Power Stadium, owing to his rising reputation in Europe.
Etebo currently plays for modest Portuguese side, Feirense, where he has notched one goal and one assist in 18 appearances across all competitions.
He was exceptional for Nigeria at last summer’s Rio Olympics football event where he struck four goals in the opening fixture against Japan.
In his six caps for the Nigerian national team, he has one goal, scored on his debut against Egypt, and one assist, setting up Mikel Obi in the Eagles’ 3-1 World Cup qualifying win over Algeria in November.
He will be expected to thrill his suitors in next month’s friendlies against Senegal and Burkina Faso.
The matches, on March 23 and 27, will be played at Barnet’s The Hive Stadium.
