Veteran actor Adebayo Salami has said that life makes more meaning to him at age 70.
The Yoruba movie star noted this in an Instagram post on Monday while celebrating his 70th birthday.
According to the actor popularly known as Oga Bello, life has made more meaning to him through the blessings of his family and the unending legacies of his career.
“At 70, life makes more meaning to me through the blessings of family and endearing legacies of my career. Alhamdulillah for the grace of this day. Happy 70th birthday to me Aremu Adebayo Salami,” he wrote.
Celebrating his father’s birthday in an Instagram post, Oga Bello’s son, Femi Adebayo, prayed for good health and long life. He described his father as ‘an amazing best friend, confident, padi, aproko partner everything’.
“My dear dad, today you are 70. I wish you happiness with good health and long life. You have been an amazing best friend, confidant, padi, aproko partner, in short, my everything.
“I pray that your joy will never know any boundaries. May God bless you with long life to continue to enjoy the fruit of your labour and may God continue to guide and guard you. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us!”
