Former Marlian Records signee Lil Smart has accused singer Zinoleesky of lying after the latter denied seeing him this year, following assault allegations made by Lil Smart.
Recall that on Sunday, Lil Smart alleged that Naira Marley, Zinoleesky, and others abducted and assaulted him.
He claimed he was attacked, taken to a bush and beaten, leading to injuries he displayed on social media.
In his Instagram Story Lil Smart narrated, “I escaped death today. Naira Marley, Zino, Inn, and MMP attacked me, kidnapped me, and took me into the bush where they nearly killed me.
“They stripped me naked, took my skate, necklace, wallet containing $300, and trousers that had my house key. I had a chance to run away, but I was naked on the express.”
He also accused the duo of stealing his belongings and urged the public to hold Naira Marley and Zinoleesky responsible if anything happened to him.
In response, Zinoleesky debunked the allegations, accusing Lil Smart of chasing clout and stating he had not seen him in years.
Zinoleesky further urged Lil Smart to prepare to defend his claims in court.
Reacting to Zinoleesky’s denial, Lil Smart called him a liar and shared video evidence, including a date stamp from December 8, to back up his claims.
He wrote: “ZINO-LIAR, you said you never see me this year. So APPLE IPHONE dey lie… see the date and time. BAS TARDI! Baba Zanfara Abi Zangbaya dee nil.”
The controversy continues to stir reactions online.
