Former Marlian Records signee Lil Smart has filed a petition against music stars Naira Marley and Zinoleesky, accusing them of threatening his life and bullying him.
In an Instagram post, Lil Smart claimed he has previously endured harassment from the duo but lacked sufficient evidence to pursue legal action.
“This has not been the first or third time I have been experiencing this bullying. But I did not have enough evidence to face the law.
“Now, I thank God that I have very good evidence, and I will put everything I have in line to make sure this bullying and threat to life is stopped,” he wrote.
Smart stated that he has submitted the petition to the appropriate authorities along with evidence, expressing hope that justice will prevail.
“With my evidence, I really hope that they are not too big to be apprehended and face the law. I have submitted my petition, and I have provided my evidence to the authorities.
“By God’s grace, the law that binds us as citizens of Nigeria will make sure I get the justice I deserve.”
This development follows earlier claims made by Lil Smart on December 9, where he shared disturbing photos and videos on social media, alleging that his life was in danger.
He accused Naira Marley, Zinoleesky and others of abducting and assaulting him, warning that they should be held accountable if anything happened to him.
In response, Zinoleesky denied the allegations, stating he had not seen Smart this year and accused him of “chasing clout.”
Zinoleesky also threatened legal action against Smart.
Lil Smart fired back, calling Zinoleesky a liar and sharing video evidence with a date stamp of December 8 to support his claims.
As of the time of this report, Naira Marley has not responded to the allegations.
