The BET 2018 Awards took place on Sunday at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles, United States.
Nigerian pop star, Davido, was named best international act beating compatriot, Tiwa Savage; Booba from France; Cassper Nyovest of South Africa; Fally Ipupa of Congo and Stefflon Don of the United Kingdom to the award.
South Africa’s Sjava walked away with the award for viewer’s choice: best new international act.
Beyonce was crowned the best female R&B/pop artist, and Cardi B won for best female hip-hop artist.
