Afro beat singer Omorinmade Kuti, popularly known as Made Kuti, has celebrated his girlfriend Inedoye Adanne Onyenso on her 24th birthday.
The Grammy nominee posted photos of himself and Inedoye on Instagram on Tuesday with a goodwill message to her.
Made described her as his queen and one who is stunningly beautiful on the inside.
Made added that they will reach for the stars together and soak it all in with joy in their old age.
“Happy Birthday my Queen! @__inedoyeYou’re stunningly beautiful inside and out. We’ll reach for the stars together and soak it all in with joy in our old age. I can’t wait to see our future. I love you,” he wrote.
Made’s father, Afrobeat star, Femi Kuti also celebrated his son’s lover in the comment section of the post.
“Happy birthday, Long life and prosperity my daughter, we dance and merry,” he wrote.
Inedoye, an actress, model and businesswoman, also wished herself a happy birthday on Instagram.
She wrote: “I just turned 24 and I’m thankful for where I am in my life right now. Thankful for the beautiful people in my life that I call my family and friends. This year, I didn’t have a wishlist because I know happiness, contentment and peace in a special and different way. I’ve learnt to accept what’s joyfully given to me and to give love in everything else. Finally, I am DOYE.”
In a Twitter post on May 8, Made narrated how a man tried making advances on his girlfriend on a flight.
He wrote: “Funniest thing just happened. A man saw me together with my partner on a flight holding hands, cuddling etc. He sent one lady (pretending to be a hair stylist) to collect my partners number. The man just called. Lmao You can’t even trust women around your partner. Be on guard.”
In an interview with Punch in 2020, the 26-year-old stated that, unlike his grandfather, the late Afro beat legend Fela Kuti, he does not have any intention of being with more than one woman.
“I am a one-woman man. I prefer a very good and stable relationship to any kind of lavish, numerous partnership. I am a one-woman man.”
When asked what traits endeared him to his girlfriend, he said: “The thing I consider to be of the greatest value is honesty. If two people are honest, they would discover how compatible they are. I have known her for about 12 years and that adds to the value of the relationship.”
