An unnamed man has allegedly killed his 73-year-old mother, Cecilia Attah, at Nru, in Nsukka local government area of Enugu State.
Mrs Attah was reportedly killed on Wednesday by her son who hit her on the head with a plank during an argument.
It was gathered that shortly after the incident, the suspect ran to the nearby Nsukka Police Station to report that his brother wanted to kill him.
