A man who disguised as a woman has allegedly been caught with a bag full of stolen panties at the Ogun State College of Health Technology (OSCOHTECH) in Ilese-Ijebu, Ogun State.
The man was reportedly caught on Monday in one of the female hostels of the institution.
It was reported that the suspect went into the female hostel under the guise of selling ice cream fully dressed like a woman.
The security guards who saw him when he was leaving noticed that he had more items than when he went in.
The guards were said to have demanded for a search, and found a bag full of female underwear with him.
The suspect has reportedly been handed over to the police for investigation.
