The report adds that Balotelli told police, “I’m sorry, I didn’t notice” following the offence.
Balotelli, 25, returned to the San Siro last month, just one year after leaving the club to join Liverpool.
Upon his return, the controversial striker reportedly agreed a behavioural clause, which included a ban on ‘extravagant’ haircuts and visiting nightclubs.
Meanwhile, despite his Man of the Match performance in AC Milan’s 3-2 win over fourth division side Modenna in a friendly on Thursday, Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic has told Balotelli he is overweight and must lose three kilograms.
The player who scored the opener, provided an assist and won a penalty for the Rossoneri isn’t fully fit yet and has more work to do according to his boss.
“He’s not played for a while and he still has to improve,” Mihajlovic said La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“He’s training well and his physical tests are satisfactory, but he’s three kilogrammes overweight: he’s on a diet and when he’s ready he will play.”
