Actor Richard Mofe-Damijo, popularly known as RMD, has said that marriage is difficult.
The 62-year-old stated this on Tuesday in an interview with comedian Teju Babyface, likening women to the biblical characters Delilah and Jezebel.
“If you’re in the kind of line of work we are in it is very hard because let’s face it, every one of us that is married, we are the target. I mean look at how women are, how can you escape it? Women are like Delilah, they are like Jezebel. They prepare,” he said.

RMD has been married to Jumobi Adegbesan for 22 years after the death of his first wife, Ellen Mofe-Damijo, from surgery complications.
He has five children – three with Ellen and two with Jumobi.
