Mbah salutes Ugwuanyi at 61

Gov. Peter Mbah of Enugu State has congratulated his immediate predecessor, Mr Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, on his 61st birth anniversary.

Mbah, in a statement, lauded Ugwuanyi’s legacies of peace and justice, praising his service to the state and humanity.

He prayed to God to grant him good health and long life so that the state could continue to benefit from his wealth of experience and wisdom.

“On behalf of the Government and good people of Enugu State, I offer our warmest congratulations to the former Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on his 61st birthday.

“We will continue to cherish your service to Ndi Enugu. Your commitment to the common good and justice and indeed your statesmanly dispositions as we work to build an Enugu State of our dreams.

“While celebrating your life of service, I pray the good Lord to grant you the length of days, sound health, and the grace to continue to give your very best in service of Enugu State, Nigeria and humanity”, he said.

Ugwuanyi was born on March 20, 1964, and governed Enugu State from 2015 to 2023.
