Spiritual director of Adoration Ministry, Enugu Rev Fr Ejike Mbaka on Sunday hosted Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi at the ministry’s last crusade of the year.
Mbaka applauded the governor for his commitment to peace and good governance as well as his solidarity, brotherly love, friendship and paternal support to the ministry.
The clergyman described Ugwuanyi as “a good man, a member of the Adoration Ministry, a father and friend to this ministry.”
Mbaka disclosed that under Ugwuanyi’s leadership, the ministry has enjoyed peace, love and good roads, stressing “otherwise we would have been in a forest that will be difficult to locate.”
The Catholic priest, who endured a feisty time during the Chimaroke Nnamani administration, said his congregants are happy with Ugwuanyi.
“We are happy you are here to witness the end of the crusade. Our prayers will continue to go for you,” he said.
Mbaka prayed for Ugwuanyi and beseeched that “the hand of God would never depart” from him.
