Chairman of Lagos parks and garages management committee Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo snubbed federal lawmaker Shina Peller at an event over the weekend.
A video of the incident has gone viral.
When Peller, a member of the House of Representatives, arrived at the party he greeted some persons and then came to MC Oluomo.
But the former Lagos chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) refused to exchange pleasantries with him. MC Oluomo expressed his displeasure with Peller to other attendees of the event.
Peller did not appear surprised by the snub.
MC Oluomo’s son known on Instagram as King Westt shared the video on Instagram Stories with the caption: “No fake love, if you know you know.”
MC Oluomo’s right-hand man Ganiu Oyedepo popularly known as Koko Zaria was also present at the event which saw performances by Fuji musician K1 De Ultimate.
The snub is believed to be connected to Peller’s reported failure to support Bola Tinubu’s presidential ambition.
Last June, Peller, who represents Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa Federal Constituency of Oyo State, resigned his membership in the All Progressives Congress (APC) over allegations of corruption in the party. He joined Accord Party after leaving the APC.
