Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa, husband of gospel singer Mercy Chinwo, has penned down a lovely message to celebrate the latter on her 31st birthday.
Blessed, a senior pastor at the Water Brooks Church in Lagoos, shared photos of his wife on Instagram on Monday, saying she is the physical evidence of his blessings.
Blessed thanked her for being his “wife, best friend and sister,” promising to stand by her no matter the weather.
He wrote: “Happy 31st birthday to my queen, @mercychinwo my reward from God and the physical evidence that I’m blessed! The fulfillment of a prophecy! The spoken word of God made flesh. The wife of the priesthood! My safe place, my joy and peace.
“The tangible evidence that the Lord is pleased with me and a rewarder of those who diligently seek him. Thank you for being my best friend, sister and wife. Thank you for saying yes to me. Today and forever, I promise to stand by you no matter the weather and together we shall fulfil purpose!

Mercy and Blessed Uzochikwa tied the knot traditionally in Port Harcourt on Friday, August 12. The white wedding which was held on Saturday was attended by families and friends of the couple including Banky W and Adesua Etomi.”
