Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson says she has removed another tooth following severe pains in her mouth.
The 35-year-old revealed in a video posted on Instagram on Tuesday, August 18 that she had to remove the tooth because it was “killing” her.
It was not immediately clear when she first removed a tooth.
In the Instagram video, Mercy is seen at an undisclosed dental clinic dressed in a two-piece outfit.
Captioning the video, she wrote: “In case you see me smiling in Mickey Mouse style, I have removed another of my tooth cus it planned to kill me. Princess Gillian my awesome awesome sis in law could relate the toothache pain so she helped me out big time ni oooo.”
Mercy Johnson joked in a post on Instastories that even in pain she was still playful, thanking her sister-in-law again.
Although cinemas have been shut since March over the coronavirus pandemic, Mercy’s latest movie, The Legend of Inikpi, directed by Frank Rajah Arase, was released in cinemas on January 24.
The movie is a story of the Igala warrior, Princess Inikpi Oma Ufedo, who offered herself to be buried alive in a bid to secure victory for her land against the Benin Kingdom.
Starring in the movie alongside Mercy, the producer, are Sam Dede, Paul Obazele, Odunlade Adekola, Saidi Balogun and others.
The spirited actress and her husband Prince Odi Okojie have four children together.
In May, the couple welcomed their fourth child at Saint Joseph Medical Center in Maryland, United States.
