Actress Mide Martins has showered love on her husband Afeez Owo as he marked his birthday on Sunday, a day after he celebrated hers in a heartfelt tribute.
The 46-year-old shared a photo of Afeez on Instagram, accompanying it with a birthday message in Yoruba.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY IGI LEYIN OGBA MI. I LOVE YOU AMOO OKO MI OLOWO ORI MI,” she wrote.
Afeez, on his part, revealed it was a double celebration for him — his birthday and the release of his new film.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME OLAYIWOLA AFEEZ ABIODUN. OLOHUN JE N GBE DEBI IRE AMIN. It’s Double Celebration For Me Today. My Movie Ajani in Canada will be showing on OgidanTV today by 2pm,” he wrote, alongside photos of himself dressed in a suit.
The couple’s posts were met with congratulatory messages from fans and celebrities who flooded their comment sections with good wishes.
A day earlier, Afeez had penned a tribute to Mide on her birthday.
Sharing pictures of the actress, he described her as “the bone of my bones, the flesh of my flesh, my support system, my one and only First Lady, the queen of my heart.”
“I am so lucky to have you as a partner in life. Thanks for always being by my side. God bless your new age, Ajoke Elle mii owon,” he added.
Mide Martins and Afeez Owo got married in 2004. Their union is blessed with two daughters.
