Mohbad, born Ilerioluwa Aloba, died on September 12, 2023, at the age of 27.
His sudden passing sparked a wave of outrage and speculation online.
In the wake of his death, several arrests were made, including those of musician Naira Marley and Lagos socialite Sam Larry, both of whom were implicated in allegations surrounding his death.
On September 21, 2023, Mohbad’s body was exhumed for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
However, over a year later, his remains remain in a morgue as investigations remain inconclusive.
