Nigerians have raised alarm over the lavish lifestyle in which operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) met a Lebanese who is said to be an accomplice of social media celebrity, Ismaila Mustapha, popularly known as Mompha.
EFCC said Hamza Koudei was arrested during the weekend after a three-hour stand-off at his N1.8 billion luxury apartment in the 33-storey Eko Atlantic Pearl Tower, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Two other alleged accomplices whose nationalities have not been confirmed were also arrested.
They are suspected to be part of a syndicate which laundered N33 billion through three firms.
Nigerians on Twitter have begun expressing their thoughts on the outrageous figures allegedly spent by the Lebanese at the luxury hotel.
